Job Location: Ain Al Basha – Al Salt
Contract Type: Limited for 6 months (Followed by unlimited)
Anticipated Joining Date: Within one month from candidate approval
Working Days/Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Educational Background & Certifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is preferred.
Experience Requirements
- 7+ years of overall accounting/finance experience.
- 3+ years of proven experience in a chief accountant or senior accounting role.
- 3+ years of specialization in costing, taxation, and financial reporting.
Skills & Competencies
- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of costing systems, tax regulations, and IFRS.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to work effectively with operations, production, and warehouse teams.
- Language Proficiency: Arabic: Advanced (Excellent) and English: Advanced (Excellent).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with local and international financial standards.
- Lead costing activities to optimize production efficiency and control expenses.
- Manage tax planning, compliance, and reporting in alignment with local laws.
- Ensure proper use, integration, and reporting through SAP.
- Collaborate with production and warehouse teams for accurate cost allocations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Provide timely financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to support management decision making.
