Job Title: Accountant

About The Role
Four Winters is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial operations across all branches and franchise activities. This role ensures accurate reporting, compliance, and smooth financial flow between the shops, kitchen, and headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and prepare financial statements
- Produce monthly financial reports for each branch, reconciling amounts due to the central kitchen
- Oversee procurement orders from the kitchen to all shops
- Manage franchise financial operations, including royalties and fees
- Monitor and control all company payments (incoming and outgoing)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; professional certification a plus
- 1-3 years of accounting experience
- Prior F&B accounting experience strongly preferred
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
