Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone, chat, or walk-in.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to applications or services.

Sales & Upselling

Promote and sell products/services to meet sales targets.
Convert inbound inquiries into sales opportunities.
Follow up with existing customers for renewals, upselling, and feedback.

CRM & Documentation

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Process orders, forms, and applications accurately.
Prepare call logs and reports for internal tracking.

Service Quality

Ensure service delivery meets defined performance metrics.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments.
Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and company policies.
