Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Zoho Developer / Implementation Specialist to lead the customization, automation, and integration of Zoho applications across our organization — with a strong focus on Zoho People, Zoho Recruit,Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM. The ideal candidate will be able to analyze business processes and design solutions using the Zoho ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Customize and implement Zoho People, Zoho Recruit,Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM according to business needs.
Automate HR, recruitment, and CRM workflows using Deluge scripting.
Develop and manage custom forms, fields, modules, and reports across Zoho apps.
Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and Zapier.
Create dashboards and analytics for HR, recruitment, and sales teams.
Configure user roles, permissions, and approval processes across Zoho systems.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and user training on Zoho apps.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Maintain documentation and ensure data accuracy, security, and system scalability.
Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications:
Proven experience with Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, and Zoho CRM.
Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting language.
Hands-on experience with other Zoho apps (e.g., Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects).
Understanding of HR and recruitment workflows and how they map into Zoho.
Experience in integrating Zoho with external platforms using APIs.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
[Preferred] Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
