Job Summary:
Implement different talent interventions to deploy across the firm, including induction & onboarding, succession planning, learning, graduate and talent development programs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute and implement the talent professional programs that align with the business strategy in collaboration with the Talent Management Team.
- Execute and implement different talent initiatives and programs catering for the behavioral competencies that enable employees to drive performance and productivity effectively.
- Participate in the development of a career growth framework for talents based on business needs to enable the firm to retain talents and enrich their career and learning experience.
- Work closely with the Performance Development Team to plan individual development programs at the end of each performance evaluation cycle after identifying training needs and gaps.
- Work closely with the Performance Manager to identify key potential successors for critical positions and assist in the design of in-depth development programs to ensure readiness and sustainability.
- Participate in the design of the new joiners’ induction and onboarding program to ensure they are equipped with the needed tools, resources, and knowledge.
- Participate in the design of talent mobility programs to capitalize on capabilities and drive career growth.
- Engage with the Performance Manager in the preparation of the talent program curriculum including dates, delivery methods, targeted audience, and all required data.
- Oversee the implementation of the program curriculum and adjust where needed to ensure meeting the targeted goals.
- Perform other duties within the scope as assigned by the Performance Manager.
- Assume the authorities assigned to him/her.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in his/her area of expertise.
