Classera is seeking a highly skilled and strategic
Senior Product Manager to lead our
Platform Ecosystem team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the development and evolution of core platform services that underpin Classera’s Learning Super Platform (LSP). These include identity management, single sign-on (SSO), third-party integrations, and developer tools such as API sandbox environments.
You will also serve as the
primary product owner for C-Pay, Classera’s financial transaction platform, ensuring secure, seamless payment experiences across our product ecosystem. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse, cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Platform Strategy
- Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for Classera’s core platform services, including authentication/SSO, APIs, data infrastructure, and system integrations.
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and cross-product dependencies across the LSP ecosystem.
C-Pay Ownership
- Lead the ongoing development and optimization of C-Pay, enhancing its capabilities to simplify and secure financial transactions for schools, learners, and partners.
- Oversee integration with Classera’s e-commerce platforms (e.g., Edumalls) and external payment gateways.
Cross-Product Platform Integration
- Ensure seamless development and maintenance of shared platform services that support Classera’s product suite—including Edumalls, C-Inspire, and third-party marketplaces—while maintaining platform integrity and architectural consistency.
Collaboration & Execution
- Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, design (including remote design teams in Cairo), and data analytics teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of platform features.
- Serve as the connective tissue between teams to align on priorities, resolve blockers, and drive execution excellence.
AI & Innovation
- Drive the integration of AI, machine learning, and analytics into core platform capabilities to enhance user experience, personalization, and operational intelligence.
Platform Reliability & Performance
- Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of platform components.
- Monitor and improve key platform KPIs, including uptime, response time, and security compliance, in partnership with engineering leadership.
Analytics & Decision-Making
- Utilize tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel to monitor platform usage, identify trends, and inform data-driven prioritization.
- Continuously evaluate the impact of platform initiatives through structured feedback loops and experimentation.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage with internal teams and external partners to collect requirements, manage integration pipelines, and promote the adoption of platform services across the Classera ecosystem.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in product management, including significant experience with platform-level or technically complex products.
- Experience in FinTech, payment systems, or large-scale enterprise platforms is highly advantageous.
Technical Expertise
- Strong understanding of platform technologies, including identity and access management, APIs, system integrations, and cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to engage meaningfully with engineering teams and navigate technical trade-offs.
Product Leadership
- Demonstrated success in defining product vision and executing roadmaps for infrastructure or platform products serving multiple product lines or external clients.
Data-Driven Approach
- Proficient in using analytics tools and frameworks to drive product decisions. Familiarity with A/B testing, KPI tracking, and iterative optimization is expected.
Collaboration & Communication
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to work with geographically distributed teams and align diverse groups toward common objectives.
Problem Solving
- Strategic yet detail-oriented mindset. Capable of balancing immediate product needs with long-term platform sustainability and scalability.
Domain Knowledge
- A genuine interest in education technology and its transformative potential. Prior experience in EdTech or a strong understanding of digital learning ecosystems is a significant advantage.
Languages
- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Arabic is a plus, particularly for regional collaboration and user insight.
