Your Impact
The Talent Acquisition Specialist role is based in Jordan and reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager, and they'll be responsible for attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent across the EU, NA, and MENA regions to meet the company's hiring needs. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, partnering with business stakeholders, participating in strategic initiatives, and ensuring that hires align with the company’s goals, values, and culture.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate and partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and assist in defining candidate profiles.
- Assist in enhancing the company’s employer brand through recruitment marketing efforts and by participating in job fairs and other recruiting events.
- Actively promote the company’s values and culture to attract candidates who align with organizational goals.
- Monitor and track recruitment metrics and KPIs to ensure effective recruitment processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the development and training of hiring managers and team members on recruitment processes and tools as needed.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and outcomes to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline recruitment processes, and suggest enhancements to increase efficiency.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
- Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job criteria.
- Conduct screenings and structured interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit with the company culture.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth scheduling process.
- Gather feedback from interviewers and communicate it to candidates as appropriate.
- Handle the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and compliant pre-joining experience, setting the foundation for successful integration into the organization.
- Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives by actively seeking diverse candidates and supporting an inclusive recruitment process.
- Handle recruitment-related administrative work, documentation, including managing and updating ATS, offer letters, and onboarding formalities, to ensure accurate tracking.
- Adhere to the quality standards and safety procedures as per the company guidelines and local regulations.
- Take appropriate actions in relation to any hazards and work related issues, and escalate as needed, in order to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
- Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the line manager, in order to ensure the fulfillment of organizational objectives.
What To Bring
- 3-6 years of recruiting experience in fast-paced environments or in-house recruitment.
- Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Experience in recruiting specialized and high-volume roles.
- Ability to effectively partner with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Understands operational excellence and focuses on the business and candidate experience.
- Ability to effectively manage time and deal with conflicting priorities.
- Experience in conducting competency-based interviews.
- Experience in utilizing ATS and recruitment portals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is a plus.
- Recruiting experience in EU, NA is a plus.
