We are seeking an experienced and proactive Organizational Development Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a strategic HR professional with strong expertise in job evaluation, job architecture, organization design, and RACI modeling. The OD Manager will play a key role in ensuring our organizational structure supports business growth, operational efficiency, and talent alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Job Descriptions & Job Evaluation
- Develop, review, and maintain accurate and up-to-date job descriptions across all departments and levels.
- Partner with functional leaders to understand evolving job roles and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Evaluate jobs using structured methodologies such as Hay or Mercer, ensuring consistency and equity across the organization.
- Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
Organization Design & Structure
- Design and implement optimal organization structures to support business strategy and operational efficiency.
- Maintain and regularly update the organizational charts in line with internal movements and strategic initiatives.
- Provide guidance to leadership on span of control, role clarity, and team alignment to drive performance.
RACI Modeling & Governance
- Lead the development and maintenance of RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) matrices for key business functions and processes.
- Work with department heads to define and clarify roles, responsibilities, and decision-making authority.
- Ensure all employees have clear accountability and alignment with organizational objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR with a strong focus on job evaluation, organization design, and role architecture (preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry).
- Hands-on experience with Hay, Mercer, or similar job evaluation methodologies.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and organizational design tools (e.g., OrgVue, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence at all levels.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working in a regulated industry, ideally pharmaceuticals or FMCG.
- Exposure to change management and organizational transformation projects.
- Understanding of workforce planning and talent management frameworks.
