About the Role:
a fast-growing consulting and advisory firm looking for a sharp, results-oriented Senior Strategy & Operations Consultant to join their team. In this role, you will lead and deliver complex client engagements across strategy, operations, and transformation. You’ll play a key role in developing actionable insights, building financial models, and managing strategic initiatives from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client engagements across strategy development, operational improvement, and organizational transformation
- Build robust financial and operational models to inform strategy, investment, and performance improvement decisions
- Design and implement project plans, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality delivery across workstreams
- Conduct market and business analysis to uncover opportunities and risks
- Drive structured problem-solving and develop practical, data-driven recommendations
- Present findings to clients and internal stakeholders with clarity and strategic insight
- Contribute to internal knowledge development, business development efforts, and mentoring of junior team members
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or operations advisory
- Strong capabilities in financial modeling, business case development, and performance analytics
- Proven track record in leading complex projects and managing client relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with cross-functional teams
- Sector experience in [e.g., FMCG, healthcare, public sector, etc.] is a plus
