Job Title: Head of Risk
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Head of Risk to lead our organization’s risk management strategy and framework. This pivotal role covers strategic, operational, financial, fraud, compliance, cybersecurity, and sustainability risks, ensuring regulatory alignment, operational resilience, and proactive risk mitigation to safeguard performance and reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide risk strategies aligned with corporate goals.
- Oversee fraud prevention, financial crime detection, and compliance governance.
- Establish and maintain operational, market, and cybersecurity risk frameworks.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and foster a strong ethical risk culture.
- Engage stakeholders and integrate risk awareness into strategic planning.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing risk teams.
- Represent the organization in industry forums and ensure transparent risk communication.

- Strong enterprise and operational risk leadership.
