Head of Compliance
We are seeking an experienced Head of Compliance to lead and drive the organization’s compliance and regulatory strategy. This critical role ensures adherence to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards while fostering a culture of transparency, ethical conduct, and operational resilience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the organization’s compliance and regulatory strategy.
- Ensure adherence to legal, ethical, and industry regulatory requirements.
- Establish and maintain robust compliance frameworks and risk governance models.
- Oversee audits, fraud prevention, and incident/crisis management processes.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to integrate compliance into business strategy.
- Monitor emerging regulatory trends and implement proactive compliance measures.
- Advise senior management and the Board on compliance risks and regulatory developments.
- Review and approve new products, services, and business initiatives from a compliance perspective.

Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in compliance, risk, or regulatory roles.
