You’ll join a multidisciplinary team that blends engineering, product, and domain expertise, and you'll play a central role in shaping how we build and deliver scalable solutions.
This is a hybrid position, with a preference for candidates based in Jordan.
What You'll Work On:
You’ll take the lead on end-to-end product development, from planning and architecture to deployment and iteration. Our projects span digital platforms, workflow systems, and AI integrations, serving enterprise clients and public-sector partners across the region.
As a senior engineer, you’ll:
- Translate product specs into scalable architecture
- Lead sprints and delegate tasks when needed
- Work closely with design, product, and business teams
- Establish best practices for engineering, testing, and deployment
- Support hiring and onboarding of junior developers
Tech Stack:
We work with modern tools across our stack. You don’t need experience with all of them, but you should be comfortable picking things up fast:
- Backend: Node.js (Fastify, tRPC)
- Frontend: React + TypeScript
- DevOps: Google Cloud Platform, Docker, CI/CD pipelines
- Project Structure: NX mono-repo
- Workflow Orchestration: Temporal (nice to have)
- Bonus if you’re familiar with Kubernetes or real-time systems
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in full-stack development, with ownership of shipped products
- Comfortable working across architecture, code, DevOps, and infra
- Ability to lead teams, review code, and set engineering direction
- Clear thinking around trade-offs, priorities, and technical debt
- Bonus: product sense, writing skills, and a bias toward simplicity
