The Function Purpose
Onboard Institutional Banking clients onto the Online Banking Channels, enhance customer experience and support IB team to streamline the clients’ journey.
Main Responsibilities
- Contact Institutional Banking clients to introduce the Onboarding process and provide an overview of the digital services offered.
- Onboard and activate Online banking channels for Institutional Banking clients and guide them through the whole process.
- Handle customers’ complaints, follow up with relative teams internally to solve any technical or pending issue.
- Provide the necessary support and assistance to clients and troubleshoot issues related to digital platforms and escalate to technical teams when needed.
- Participate in the testing of new digital services in collaboration with QA and Business Transformation Excellence.
- Update or stop company profiles or users on the platforms according to the updated registration certificate based on the request from the business, legal, or remedial.
- Ensure all Onboarding activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Conduct business/processes checks for any new releases and DR activities.
Background
- Bachelor’s degree.
- (2+) years of relevant experience.
