Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers while fostering a quality-first mindset.
- Build and optimize QA strategies, test plans, and test cases for both manual and automated testing.
- Ensure high-quality releases across web, mobile, and API layers.
- Drive test automation efforts and expand coverage.
- Track quality metrics and manage the defect lifecycle.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and DevOps.
- Stay current with QA trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in Software QA, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in QA methodologies, tools (Jira, TestRail), and automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD and Agile environments.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- ISTQB or equivalent certification is preferred.
