📝 Job Summary:
We’re seeking a data-driven Production Analyst to support our garment manufacturing operations by analyzing production metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and driving efficiency improvements across departments.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Collect, analyze, and interpret production data across cutting, sewing, and finishing
✅ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports and dashboards
✅ Track line efficiency, style-wise output, rework, and rejection rates
✅ Support capacity planning, style changeover analysis, and output forecasting
✅ Identify production bottlenecks and recommend process optimization strategies
✅ Coordinate with IE, planning, and quality teams to align KPIs and improvement initiatives
✅ Assist in preparing management presentations and performance review reports
✅ Contribute to digitization and automation of production reporting tools
🎓 Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s degree from NIFT or equivalent, or in Industrial Engineering/Production Management
✅ 1–3 years of experience in garment manufacturing or production analysis
✅ Proficient in MS Excel, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools
✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
✅ Solid understanding of garment production processes and KPIs
✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
