Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Wordpress Developer based in Amman, Jordan. The Wordpress Developer will be responsible for both front-end and back-end web development tasks, including designing responsive websites, creating and customizing themes, plugin development, and testing site functionality. The role involves collaboration with other team members to enhance web applications and improve user experience.
Qualifications
- Solid experience in WordPress development (themes & plugins)
- Strong skills in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with page builders like Elementor or WPBakery
- Experience with WooCommerce and performance optimization
- Knowledge of website security and SEO best practices
- Experience with VPS servers and CDNs such as Cloudways or Cloudflare
- Ability to manage cPanel, domains, and backups is a plus
