Position Summary
Acuative is looking for a talented JavaScript Developer with a strong focus on Angular to build and maintain modern, responsive web applications. The ideal candidate will combine excellent frontend skills with solid experience working with Java-based backend systems to deliver seamless, high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using Angular (v10+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Translate UI/UX designs into clean, dynamic frontend components
- Integrate frontend applications with Java backend services through RESTful APIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend developers, QA, and product owners to deliver new features
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across frontend and backend components
- Maintain clear documentation and adhere to best coding practices
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Angular (version 10 or higher)
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Solid experience in Java backend development (any modern Java framework or environment)
- Experience working with RESTful APIs, JSON, and client-server integration
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
- Knowledge of microservices or modular architecture
- Technical certifications are a plus
