About The Role
We are currently looking to hire an
E-Learning Developer. The candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and building high-quality, engaging digital learning experiences that enhance the educational journey for thousands of students.
- Develop interactive and visually appealing e-learning modules tailored to diverse learner needs.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to build logic-based learning scenarios and branching narratives.
- Create reusable templates and assets to streamline content development processes.
- Test and review e-learning products to ensure quality, usability, and technical consistency.
- Optimize digital learning content for compatibility across devices, browsers, and learning management systems (LMS).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic to advanced knowledge of at least one programming language.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality learning experiences.
- Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or similar platforms is a plus.
