Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Amman, Jordan.
The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance from a Store Operating Standards perspective. The role also includes employee communication, compliance of HR policies, and fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Skills in developing and implementing HR policies and compliance with labor laws
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a team
- Experience in the telecommunications or retail industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field
