CsMena is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate execution of HR operational tasks, with a particular focus on payroll processing, social security compliance, and managing the employee lifecycle. This role requires a strong understanding of Jordan labor laws, social security regulations, and payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and validate monthly payroll for all employees in compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
• Manage and maintain employee data within the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Oversee the registration, updates, and deregistration of employees with the Social Security System (SSS) and other government entities (e.g., health insurance, tax authority).
• Ensure timely payment and accurate reporting of social security, health insurance, tax withholdings, and other statutory deductions.
• Handle employee benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and claims related to government-mandated and company-provided benefits.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting for payroll funding and reconciliation.
• Support audits and provide documentation related to payroll and government compliance.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and social security matters.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes from a documentation and compliance perspective.
• Continuously monitor changes in labor and social security laws and update processes accordingly.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of HR operations experience in a BPO or similar fast-paced environment.
• In-depth knowledge of payroll systems, government reporting, and social security procedures.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems (ODOO)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
