Job Summary
We are seeking a
Personal Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer
(CEO) in Amman, Jordan. The ideal candidate will be highly organized,
proactive, and capable of managing a broad range of administrative and personal
support tasks with a high level of discretion and professionalism. This role is
essential in ensuring the CEO's daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Organize and handle travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Screen and manage all incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Prioritize tasks and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Handle personal tasks such as appointments, errands, and occasional shopping for the CEO.
- Assist in planning and organizing meetings, events, and special occasions.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure sensitive information is handled with discretion.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed.
- Monitor and report employee adherence to company policies, procedures, and NDAs.
- Provide regular updates to the CEO on daily activities and developments.
- Build strong professional relationships within and outside the organization.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the CEO.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar executive support role.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in both Arabic and English.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Adaptability and time management in a fast-paced environment.
