Job Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing efforts across multiple regions. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in performance marketing, team leadership, and digital strategy, with a strong understanding of tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, CRM systems, and SEO technologies. Experience in eCommerce, fin-tech, or digital products is highly preferred.
As the Head of Digital Marketing, you will oversee a diverse team and all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, paid media, social media, content, CRM/email campaigns, and affiliate marketing. You will work cross-functionally with product, creative, and commercial teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns. Your insights and data-driven approach will guide decision-making, optimize performance, and shape the digital roadmap for the organization.
This position requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and familiarity with the MENA digital landscape—particularly in Jordan and the GCC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing digital marketing team
- Oversee all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, paid media, social media, CRM/email marketing, content strategy, and affiliate marketing
- Drive performance marketing initiatives to optimize user acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Set, track, and analyze KPIs to measure marketing performance and ROI
- Leverage analytics and consumer insights to inform creative, media, and campaign strategies
- Stay up to date with regional digital trends, competitive landscape, and emerging platforms
- Collaborate with product, engineering, creative, and commercial teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
- Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of spend across channels
- Maintain relationships with key agencies, influencers, platforms, and strategic partners
- Present clear and actionable reporting to executive leadership
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree is a plus
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role
- Proven success in performance marketing, growth strategies, and funnel optimization
- Strong command of tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, HubSpot/CRM tools, and SEO platforms
- Experience in the eCommerce, digital products, or fin tech/gifting sector is a strong advantage
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a data-first approach
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong plus
- Familiarity with the MENA digital consumer landscape, especially in Jordan and the GCC
