Accountabilities & Key Roles:
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Support the Finance and Operations team in managing daily financial transactions and operations.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the efficiency of financial processes related to the Ominify platform.
• Participate in the budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning initiatives.
• Ensure the timely and accurate completion of financial documentation and record-keeping.
• Assist in the implementation of financial inclusion strategies through the Ominify platform.
• Provide support in the integration of banking products and financing solutions for clients.
• Contribute to process improvement efforts by identifying and suggesting enhancements to existing financial operations.
Key Performance Indicators:
• Accuracy and timeliness of financial reports and documentation.
• Efficiency in managing daily financial transactions and operational tasks.
• Contribution to successful implementation of financial inclusion strategies.
• Ability to identify and propose process improvements.
• Level of support provided to senior staff in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in finance or operations, preferably within a technology or banking environment.
Competencies: • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Basic understanding of financial principles and regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
