The Offline Marketing Lead will be responsible for building and executing high-impact offline marketing strategies across two countries. This role combines operational excellence with strategic leadership, ensuring strong brand visibility and enrollment growth through physical outreach, school partnerships, events, roadshows, seminars, and more. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience in education marketing, strong leadership capabilities, and a results-driven mindset.
- Develop and own the offline marketing strategy across Riyadh and Amman, aligned with overall brand
and enrollment goals.
Design annual and quarterly offline marketing plans across multiple student segments (IGCSE, IBDP, AP, ACT, EST, IBCP).
- Identify market opportunities, regional trends, and competitive gaps to shape go-to-market initiatives.
Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of offline activations, including school visits, parent seminars, student engagement events, mock exams, fairs, and workshops.
- Ensure brand consistency and local relevance across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with academic and product teams to deliver value-driven events that promote test prep, e-learning,
and academic services.
- Manage and mentor the Offline Marketing Officer and country-level event support teams.
- Set clear KPIs and goals, oversee project timelines, and ensure operational efficiency in marketing execution.
Build strong relationships with schools, education counselors, academic institutions, and community groups to drive awareness and student enrollment.
- Work with sales, product, and business development teams to create integrated marketing experiences.
- Own offline marketing budgets for both countries, optimizing spend for maximum ROI.
- Track, measure, and report on offline campaign impact, event success metrics, and lead conversions.
Qualifications And Requirements
- 4-6 years of marketing experience
- Must be an IGCSE/ AP / ACT / IB Graduate in high school.
- Great Knowledge In managing affiliate marketing campaigns/ ambassador programs.
- Great event planning experience, able to execute events, manage multiple events at the same time.
- Bachelor’s in marketing, business administration or any related field.
