Job Description:
We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our team and drive the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, mass hiring, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic in both speaking and writing.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Mass hiring experience will be an added advantage
