Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers regularly and proactively identify future hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles.
- Source and attract candidates using databases, job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Promote the company’s reputation as a “best place to work.”
- Stay updated on industry trends, talent market conditions, and best recruitment practices.
- Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers’ interactions, and other recruitment activities.
Qualifications
- Experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience working in the transportation or service industry is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
