Role Overview:
The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading the design and operationalization of the Corporate Planning and PMO Unit. Acting as a strategic partner to the CEO, this individual will drive the setup and execution of core functions in strategy and business planning, project management, and data reporting. The role demands high-level stakeholder engagement, cross-functional leadership, and delivery of key corporate initiatives including the 2026 Group Business Plan.
This position is a secondment expected to last 6–12 months. There is a possibility of transition into a full-time role depending on organizational requirements and the individual’s performance, though it is not guaranteed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the CEO’s strategic advisor on planning, performance, and project oversight.
- Lead the development of the unit’s functional mandate, governance model, and interaction frameworks.
- Oversee the creation and rollout of the 2026 Business Plan and ensure aligned execution across business units.
- Build and operate key processes for strategy development, project tracking, and performance monitoring.
- Guide the implementation and utilization of ServiceNow Strategy Portfolio Management tools.
- Deliver function playbooks, KPIs, dashboards, and standardized templates for reporting and planning.
- Support executive-level decision-making through timely insights, scenario analysis, and data interpretation.
- Drive coordination on ad-hoc critical initiatives and oversee executive-level recruitment tracking.
- Mentor and manage the Assistant/Consultant and collaborate with stakeholders across divisions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in corporate strategy, business planning, and PMO leadership (15+ years).
- Strong knowledge of performance frameworks, strategic execution, and project governance.
- Experience working with executive leadership and managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Expertise in designing and operationalizing corporate functions and methodologies.
- Familiarity with digital portfolio management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
