Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Account Executive located in Amman. The Technical Account Executive will be responsible for account management, sales operations, sales management, and business development activities on a day-to-day basis.
Job Overview
As part of the Knowledge Beam team, your role will involve a dynamic mix of customer success, technical support, sales, and training responsibilities. You will:
- Provide excellent technical support to clients, ensuring smooth use of our platforms and services.
- Work closely with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction, engagement, and success with our e-learning solutions.
- Support the sales process by identifying customer needs, preparing demos, and communicating the value of our products.
- Deliver training sessions to educators, corporate clients, and students, helping them effectively use our tools and platforms.
