We're looking for a Full-Time Showroom Sales Associate to deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences while managing key operational responsibilities.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers with product selection and styling guidance.
- Handle cash transactions, issue invoices, refunds, credit notes, and process sales via our ERP system.
- Oversee stock management, replenishment, and showroom organization.
- Gift wrap and package products with care and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming showroom environment.
What You Bring:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and sales instincts.
- Familiarity with cash handling and ERP systems is a plus.
- Appreciation for Arab culture and design.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Team player with attention to detail.
