A leading Facilities Management company based in Jordan is currently looking for hiring a talented
“Technical proposal specialist”
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
Includes but not limited to the following;
· Responsible for reviewing all tender instructions, guidance and relevant documentation.
· Defines and outlines proposal deliverables based on tender documents and uses own knowledge of the business to facilitate their completion with other departmental personnel involved in the proposals process.
· Develops technical and management narratives for assigned proposals based on tender documents.
· Works with operations team and other departmental staff to obtain or develop information required for technical and commercial proposal submission.
· Ensures proposals are prepared in compliance with all Tender instructions, guidance and documentation.
· Coordinates responses to clients regarding proposals submitted.
· Prepares/assists in preparing cost estimates and pricing proposals for assigned tenders.
· Supports production, printing, copying and delivery of proposal documents.
· management system requirements.
· Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
· Must possess strong communication skills in English / Arabic both written and spoken
· Strong skills in the use of software applications to support document development and preparation.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Typically has at least 5 years of experience in proposals, marketing or business development in the facilities management, hospitability or contracting fields
- Should have minimum of associate’s degree or other formal training in a business related field. Must possess good communication skills including strong written English
- Must be an advanced user of software applications to support proposal development and preparation.
