Job Description:
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for implementing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, growing our online presence, and interacting with our community across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.)
- Creating engaging marketing campaigns and content that attract customers to an organization's social media platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop campaign assets and create social media content
- Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and opportunities
- Track KPIs and performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, etc.)
- Assist in creating monthly reports and recommendations for improvement
- Stay current with platform updates, trends, and best practices
- Support influencer outreach and collaboration efforts when needed
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns, launches, and creative strategies
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms
Requirements:
- 1โ2 years of experience in social media, marketing, or communications
- Strong understanding of major platforms and their analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or Meta Business Suite)
- Creative, organized, learner and self-motivated
