Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Agent at Tala Bay. The Reservations Agent will be responsible for handling phone & email reservations, providing excellent customer service, communication with guests, and performing receptionist duties.
Qualifications
- Phone Etiquette, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Reservations and Receptionist Duties
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
