Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Dynamics 365 HR Consultant at Pavilion IT. As an HR Consultant, you will help clients optimize their human capital management processes through the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources. You’ll work closely with clients to analyze HR needs, configure and customize solutions, and ensure smooth adoption of digital HR systems. This role is based in Amman, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications- Proven experience in Human Resources, HR consulting, or HRIS implementation
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources or similar HCM platforms
- Strong understanding of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance, and compliance
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferred Certifications & Skills:
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar HR certifications
- Experience with payroll, benefits administration, and employee self-service tools
- Knowledge of HR best practices and legal compliance standards
