The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive business growth within the FMCG sector. Responsibilities:
Sales Performance:
- Ensure the achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the retail team.
- Implement strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth in the assigned region (Amman, Jordan).
Customer Satisfaction:
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring excellent service delivery and addressing customer concerns promptly.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and retail partners.
Market Expansion:
- Identify and explore new business opportunities to expand the company’s presence in the local market.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitor activities.
Brand Representation:
- Ensure the company’s brand image and values are consistently represented in all retail outlets.
- Oversee proper product placement, merchandising, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
Operational Efficiency:
- Streamline retail operations to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Team Performance:
- Lead, coach, and develop the retail sales team to achieve their individual and collective goals.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and business challenges.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in sales management, retail operations, or leadership are a plus
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
- Proven track record of managing sales teams and achieving sales targets.
- In-depth understanding of the FMCG industry, including market trends, customer behavior, and competitor analysis.
- Strong knowledge of retail sales processes, including merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics and tools for tracking and analyzing sales data.
- Knowledge of local market dynamics in Amman, Jordan, including cultural and economic factors influencing consumer behavior.
