Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable (AP) Coordinator to join our finance team. The AP Coordinator will play a vital role in processing and verifying invoices, managing vendor accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and deadlines. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of accounting experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring that all financial records are correctly applied and approved.
- Manage vendor accounts, ensuring that payments are processed accurately and on time.
- Perform regular reconciliations of accounts payable to ensure financial accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and deadlines.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with vendors regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies.
- Support other accounting-related tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn new accounting software platforms quickly.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- High attention to detail, adaptability, and a strong desire to learn.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including US timings.
