Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organised, client-focused Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of client accounts. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact between clients and our internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard, on time and in line with agreed objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Lead client onboarding and set clear expectations on scope, deliverables and timelines
- Translate client requirements into structured briefs for the strategy, creative and production teams
- Monitor project progress, content calendars, production schedules and approval workflows
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and contractual commitments
- Prepare and present progress updates, performance reports and client meeting materials
- Manage client feedback and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
- Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth
- Coordinate invoicing and payment follow-ups with the finance department
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field
- At least two years of experience in account management, client relations or project coordination, in any industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
- Strong organisational, time-management and multitasking abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Professional, proactive and solution-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a marketing, advertising or creative agency
- Working knowledge of digital and social media platforms
- Proficiency in project management tools
