Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities and pain points from customers, Sales, Services, Technology and internal operations.
- Translate problems into clear innovation hypotheses, solution concepts and technical experiments.
- Research emerging technologies, especially AI agents, LLMs, automation, integrations and enterprise software.
- Rapidly build prototypes and proofs of concept (POCs) to validate technical feasibility and business value.
- Evaluate build-vs-buy options, APIs, platforms, models and third-party technologies.
- Work with Technology teams on architecture, security, integration and scalability considerations.
- Document experiments, assumptions, results, lessons learned and recommendations.
- Maintain an Innovation Pipeline covering ideas, experiments, POCs and validated opportunities.
- Help transfer successful innovations into production or commercialisation.
- Use AI-assisted development and automation to increase experimentation speed.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong curiosity and passion for emerging technology.
- Builder mindset: prefers working prototypes over theoretical proposals.
- Strong problem-solving ability in ambiguous situations. • Comfortable with rapid experimentation and learning from failure.
- Understands that innovation must create customer, revenue, efficiency or strategic value.

First 90 Days
- Days 1–30: understand TJDEED’s business units, customers and technology landscape; establish the Innovation Pipeline and experimentation process.
- Days 31–60: collect and qualify ideas; select high-potential opportunities; build initial prototypes and POCs.
- Days 61–90: validate prototypes, document outcomes, recommend next steps and prepare the 6–12 month innovation roadmap.
Success Definition
Success means shortening the journey from problem - idea - experiment - prototype - validated opportunity, while creating measurable business value and reusable knowledge for TJDEED.
