Al Maysarah Holding is seeking an experienced General Accountant to join our Finance Department in Amman, Jordan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting transactions and General Ledger entries.
- Reconcile daily sales, bank accounts, cash, and supplier statements.
- Process supplier invoices and prepare payment schedules.
- Support inventory reconciliations and cost control activities.
- Assist with month-end closing, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
- Coordinate with restaurant branches and operational departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in restaurants/F&B (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of GL, AP, reconciliations, inventory accounting, and COGS.
- Knowledge of Jordanian tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with ERP system.
8. Preferred Universities: University of Jordan, German Jordanian University, Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST), Princess Sumaya University for Technology (PSUT).
9. Reporting to: Finance Manager.
