About the RoleZaya Jewelry is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations & Workshop Associate to join our central team. Based primarily out of our Main Office, this full-time role is essential for supporting our central supply chain, inventory governance, hardware maintenance, and overall facility logistics. Reporting directly to the Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring total accuracy and efficiency across our distribution hub and retail branches.

1. Inventory Tagging & System Synchronization
2. Warehouse Storage & Returns Processing
3. Logistics & Stock Transfers
5. Hardware Maintenance & Asset Governance
6. Packaging & Consumables Supply Chain
Qualifications & Skills- Technical Adaptability: Quick to learn and operate ERP software, thermal tag printers, precision scales, and digital auditing tools.
- Detail-Oriented Mindset: High precision and care when handling luxury inventory and maintaining accurate system logs.
- Operational Discipline: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a commitment to strictly following written security protocols and procedures.
- Education & Background: Practical dexterity, reliability, and operational discipline are our highest priorities—no formal academic degree is required.
