We pride ourselves on creating an unforgettable, high-touch boutique experience for our clients. We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and fashion-forward Junior Sales Associate to join our boutique team in Amman.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)- Client Styling & Experience: Warmly welcome every client with a luxury greeting, provide expert styling recommendations (ring stacks, necklace layering), and share transparent product care stories.
- Specialty In-Store Services: Receive hands-on training and certification to operate specialized in-store stations, including permanent bracelet welding, custom laser engraving, cord knotting, and piercing support.
- POS & Cash Desk Operations: Process sales transactions accurately, manage register openings/closings, and maintain detailed CRM records for client follow-ups.
- Visual Merchandising & Showroom Standards: Keep boutique displays, showcases, and presentation pads immaculate, following official brand planograms and visual standards.
- Inventory & Asset Control: Perform daily stock counts, maintain organized stock drawers, and ensure high-value jewelry pieces are carefully handled and secured.
What We’re Looking For- Passionate & Customer-Centric: A strong passion for fashion, jewelry styling, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Location & Shift Flexibility: Full availability to work standard retail shifts (6-hour and 9-hour operational shifts during store opening hours of 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM). Shift schedules and branch assignments across Sweifieh Village and Dabouq Village will be assigned based on management discretion and store operational needs.
- Punctual & Disciplined: Strong commitment to store schedules, early shift arrivals, and thorough handover protocols.
- Brand Ambassador: Readiness to adhere strictly to ZAYA’s luxury boutique dress code (bright colors) and maintain a clean, professional sales floor environment.
- Clear Communicator: Excellent verbal communication skills in Arabic and English, with strong attention to detail.
