Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s social media platforms, creating engaging visual content, and planning and managing digital advertising campaigns to promote the company’s services and support sales growth.
Responsibilities
Manage and develop the company’s social media accounts. Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content. Manage and optimize sponsored and paid advertising campaigns. Create professional images, videos, and reels for social media. Take and edit photos and videos for marketing purposes. Use Adobe Photoshop and other design tools to create marketing materials. Utilize AI tools to support content creation and marketing activities. Monitor social media engagement and advertising campaign performance. Analyze campaign results and recommend improvements. Develop creative marketing ideas to promote the company’s services. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, digital marketing tools, and content strategies.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and social media. Strong experience in managing social media platforms and paid advertising campaigns. Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop. Good skills in photography, videography, and video editing. Good knowledge of AI tools for marketing and content creation. Strong communication and creative skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Must be based in Amman. Office-based position
