ITSMOne is a modern IT Service Management platform helping organizations manage services, automate workflows, and improve operational efficiency.
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to grow ITSMOne's customer base in Jordan, focusing on medium-sized and growing organizations.
Responsibilities include identifying potential customers, building a database of companies and decision-makers, conducting outbound communication by phone and email, arranging discovery meetings and product demonstrations, following up with prospects, supporting proposals and quotations, maintaining CRM records, and coordinating with Marketing and Presales teams.
This is a full-time position based in Amman, Jordan, within the Sales and Business Development department.
