Finance Manager – Solar Energy
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Finance Manager
(Jordanian only)
to lead the financial operations of our growing solar energy business. The
ideal candidate will play a key role in financial planning, project costing,
and supporting strategic decisions in a fast-paced renewable energy
environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation offinancial statements and management reports.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Monitor project costing and profitability for solar projects (EPC / O&M).
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
- Supervise accounts payable, receivable, and payroll functions.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Support tendering processes with financial modeling and pricing analysis.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or equivalent is a plus).
- 15-20 years of experience in finance, preferably within the renewable energy, construction, or EPC sector.
- Strong knowledge of project accounting and cost control.
- Experience in financial modeling and feasibility analysis is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
