We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established hospitality and events destination in Al Fuheis, Jordan. The successful candidate will be employed directly by our client. Media Roots manages the initial application and screening stages only.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relations & Sales Associate based in Al Fuheis. The position owns the commercial relationship end to end — generating new event business, converting enquiries into bookings, and seeing each event through to successful execution.
Day to day, the associate will proactively source private, corporate and social event opportunities; manage enquiries, proposals and follow-ups; conduct site visits and client presentations; and maintain an accurate, active sales pipeline. The role works closely with the Operations and Marketing teams to promote the venue, grow bookings, and ensure a consistently high-quality client experience from first contact to final guest.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales, client relations, events or hospitality
- Proven ability to generate new business through direct outreach to companies, organizations and event planners
- Strong negotiation skills across lead generation, pipeline management and closing
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with confident presentation ability
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Strong organizational and follow-up discipline; comfortable managing multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency with CRM or sales tracking tools and standard office software
- Proactive, presentable and genuinely client-oriented
- Hospitality or venue-based events experience is a significant advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
