Fundingpips looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to help build our platform engineering function from the ground up and improve developer experience across our engineering teams.
What you'll be working on:
- Building scalable, reliable internal platforms and self-service capabilities
- Automating infrastructure and reducing environment provisioning from days to minutes
- Driving AWS, Terraform, CI/CD and GitOps practices
- Establishing security, compliance and observability standards
- Working closely with development teams to turn their needs into platform solutions
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering
- Strong AWS & Terraform expertise
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, GitOps and automation
- Experience with Kubernetes/ECS and observability tools
- Strong problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have: Spacelift, Cloudflare, Datadog, Backstage/Port, service mesh/API gateways, or experience in fintech/trading environments.
