Qualification: Degree in Accounting/Finance
Experience: 3–5 years, preferably in an IT, ERP, software, or service company.
Main Requirements:
- Handle day-to-day accounting, invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Handle accounting for ERP, web development, and IT service projects.
- Track project-wise income, expenses, and profitability.
- Handle customer advances, deferred revenue, and revenue recognition.
- Manage salaries, developer/freelancer costs, software subscriptions, hosting, and other IT expenses.
- Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations with sister companies.
- Perform bank and cash reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Trial Balance.
- Support budgeting, cash flow forecasting, audit, and compliance.
- Good knowledge of Excel and ERPNext is preferred.
