Role Description The Human Resources Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Sahab. This position supports daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, and updating data in HR systems. The role involves assisting with recruitment activities, onboarding new employees, coordinating training sessions, and supporting benefits administration. The Human Resources Assistant also responds to employee inquiries, helps ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations, and collaborates with HR management on various initiatives and reports.

- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support core HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to manage employee data, generate reports, and maintain accurate records.
- Candidates should possess skills in Benefits Administration to assist with enrollment, updates, and employee communication regarding compensation and benefits.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training to coordinate sessions, track participation, and support learning and development programs.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
