The Role
This is more than a sales position.
We are looking for a passionate educational technology professional who can combine educational consultancy, solution selling and business development to support schools in their digital transformation journey.
You will work with school leaders, teachers and educational institutions to introduce innovative teaching and learning solutions while driving sustainable business growth across Jordan and the wider region.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote BookSource's portfolio of educational technology and curriculum solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with schools, universities and educational institutions.
- Conduct regular school visits, presentations, demonstrations and workshops.
- Provide strategic educational consultancy and recommend tailored solutions.
- Support schools in implementing digital learning platforms and educational technologies.
- Deliver professional development and training sessions for teachers and school leaders.
- Develop proposals, quotations and solution-based presentations.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Identify new market opportunities and establish long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with international publishers and technology partners.
- Represent BookSource at local and international exhibitions, conferences and education events.
- Monitor emerging trends in AI, EdTech, Computing and STEM education.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, activity reports and sales forecasts.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop educational campaigns, webinars and thought leadership content.
Qualifications
Essential
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
- Experience in educational technology, ICT, Computing, STEM, education, business development or consultative sales.
- Excellent presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong commercial awareness with a consultative approach to sales.
- Passion for education, innovation and technology.
- Fluent English. Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid driving licence.
- Willingness to travel throughout Jordan and internationally.
Desirable
- Experience with Microsoft Education, Google for Education or Apple Education.
- Experience using AI tools within education.
- Knowledge of Moodle, Canvas, Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams or other LMS platforms.
- Experience with Coding, Robotics, LEGO Education, Arduino, Micro:bit or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of Cambridge, Oxford, Pearson, IB, NGSS, Common Core or other international curricula.
- Experience delivering teacher training or educational workshops.
