Role Description The Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman, responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the firm and supporting client engagements. Daily responsibilities include managing financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and cash flow, as well as preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis, specially cost accounting & budgeting
- Candidates should possess skills in financial reporting, preparation and review of financial statements, and familiarity with accounting standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in taxation, auditing support, and compliance with local financial and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess skills in internal controls, risk assessment, and process improvement within finance functions & specially polices and procurance.
- Candidates should possess skills in team supervision, cross-functional collaboration, and clear written and verbal communication.
- Relevant skills such as proficiency in accounting and ERP software, advanced Excel capabilities, and strong analytical thinking are beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required; professional certifications.
- Prior experience in finance management, preferably within Energy companies.
- fluent English is a must.
- Minimum of 12 years of proven experience as an Finance Manager.
