1. Job PurposeTo develop and grow sales within the healthcare and education sectors in Jordan — hospitals, clinics, laboratories, universities, schools and training institutes — building a structured, tender-ready sector pipeline and delivering the assigned annual sales target.
2. Key Responsibilities• Build and maintain a target account list of healthcare and education institutions across Jordan.
• Generate new opportunities through direct outreach, client and site visits, and relationships with consultants, architects and main contractors.
• Register the company on institutional approved-vendor lists, framework agreements and pre-qualification panels, including Ministry of Health and Ministry of Education channels.
• Monitor and respond to public and private tenders; prepare submissions in coordination with Sales Support.
• Conduct client needs analysis and site surveys; recommend the appropriate solution from the Wadi Saqra value range or the premium international portfolio as the specification requires.
• Prepare and present quotations, BOQ pricing and finishes schedules; negotiate within approved discount authority.
• Issue complete handover packs to Sales Support and Project Coordination, and remain the client contact through delivery, installation and snagging.
• Support Accounts in collections by resolving commercial queries promptly.
• Record and maintain all accounts, opportunities, quotations and activity in Microsoft Dynamics 365; submit weekly pipeline updates and monthly forecasts.
• Report competitor activity and pricing, and feed sector product gaps to Operations and Purchasing to guide sourcing decisions.
• Cover the Wadi Saqra showroom floor on the agreed rota and maintain display standards for the sector range.
3. Requirements• Proven ability to open new accounts independently, with specific examples.
• Understanding of institutional and tender-based buying: BOQs, pre-qualification, procurement committees.
• Ability to learn and discuss product specifications credibly with consultants and facility managers.
• Disciplined use of CRM, pipeline management and honest forecasting.
• Professional written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle.
• Advantageous: existing relationships in Jordanian healthcare or education procurement; background in furniture, interiors, fit-out, medical equipment or building products.
